Spacious apartments, gorgeous views, convenient access to public transport

Seriously lacking in maintenance!!! The kitchen supplies were inadequate for self-catering, leaving over eight guests struggling with just a two-ring hob!!! Addressing the poor soundproofing between rooms could significantly enhance comfort!!!

location: the hotel was really close to the gondola for skiing, bars and restaurants, and centre and gondola. ate at sport unique restaurant, it's within easy walking distance of the venue.

Positive, The three-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Breakfast had a great variety of options. There was a daily shuttle to the gondola and town, really convenient! It was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.

The rooms were all reasonably large and well heated with beautiful mountain view. Besides, the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Gondola Lift.

The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our ski trip. The shuttle service to the gondola was often unreliable.

The room had constant disturbances from banging pipes at night, made sleep nearly impossible. On top of that, the kitchen facilities were inadequate for self-catering. Just a 2-ring hob and a broken toaster made it impossible to prepare meals for our group. To add insult to injury, our request for room cleaning was ignored, which left us with a dusty and unkempt living space.

Had a blast at the Winslow! Spacious room with gorgeous views and the pool was a nice place to relax after skiing. Only downside was the shuttle service to the gondola was a bit iffy, causing some waits. Loved the stay!

Breakfast options were quite limited. The offerings rarely changed. Great for skiing trips but certain aspects need attention for a better stay.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a kitchenette, microwave, and tv. Had a private bathroom with a heated towel rail. Loved the spa facilities, especially the sauna and steam room. Breakfast was great. Offered a variety including eggs and pastries. Pool table was affordable at 5 lev. A lovely stay!

It was just an optimal selection for taking strolls in Bansko with great value for money. The cleaner did an excellent job every day, our apartment was always fresh. Try to get breakfast early to enjoy the variety without the rush.
